Sichuan Huanlong Technology Fabrics Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) is located in Chengdu Wenjiang Cross-Strait Science and Technology Industrial Development Park. As one of the specialized suppliers in China, we are engaged in the R&D, production and sales of the papermaking felts. The Company owns two famous papermaking felt brands, namely VANOV/GOBEAR. It is recognized as national high and new technology enterprise which has passed ISO9001: 2015 International Quality System Certification. It has established Chengdu Wenjiang and Shanghai Jinxiong as two major production bases.
The Company adheres to science and technology orientation and attaches great importance to technological input and cooperation. On the basis of cutting-edge study on fundamental theories of the papermaking felts, the Company continuously improves product application and R&D standards. Along with stabilizing and continuously upgrading the quality of laminated and multi-layer composite press papermaking felts, the Company vigorously conducts R&D for “Seam press papermaking felts”, “Twill weaving composite press papermaking felts” and “Non-woven press papermaking felts”. The Company has reached the advanced level of the high speed papermaking machine application technology and acquired many invention and utility model patents, including “Three-layer non-woven bottom mesh papermaking press felts”, “Multi-axial base web-looped papermaking felts”, “High-speed and high linear pressure twill weaving seam papermaking felts and its production process”, “Multi-axial press papermaking felts” and so on ninety-nine invention and utility model patents.
. Our group’s “Base Network Multi-axis Superimposed Manufacturing Technology” won the Second-class Science and Technology Progress Award issued by China National Textile And Apparel Council. The“Research and Application of Key Technology for Multi-axial Multi-layer Papermaking Felts” project was appraised by the Sichuan Science and Technology Department in 2017 and won the Second-class Sichuan Province Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2017, the Company was awarded the Product Development Contribution Award issued by the China National Textile And Apparel Council.

The Company not only offers tailor-made materials used for pressing, forming and dewatering stages in accordance with different customer needs and different papermaking machine types, but also provides customers with meticulous, considerate, authoritative and precise customized plan and professional service: Pre-sales – The professional engineers gain in-depth understandings of operating conditions of the clients’ papermaking machines and special requirements in relation to the papermaking plants, precisely identify the requirement of papermaking felts by the papermaking machines, and provide design solution for clients; Pending-sales – To offer periodical product usage diagnosis and plan optimization reports, provide periodical professional felt moisture content testing and effective product adjustments, in order to adapt to the ever-changing product demands and offer high quality products to clients; and After-sales – To build an excellent customer service team and provide professional and efficient after-sales service for clients, with the mission of ”offering considerate service, creating mutual value”

Currently, the Company is recognised as the Vice Chairman Entity by the China Technical Association of Paper Industry, Fourth Vice Chairman Entity by the China Nonwovens & Industrial Textiles Association, Vice Chairman Entity of the Sichuan Province Papermaking Association and Vice Governing Entity of Sichuan Province Papermaking Industry Association.
